Pool Party Fun!
Went to Stephanie's today for a pool party it was fun. I made a quick cake to take. We are doing it again next week so I have to come up with something fun to make again. We had to go and get the flower pool float at Big Lots as the kids just loved it. I was in luck that they still had them.

Great cake - was it gluten free?
No not gluten free....I am easing into it...I am ordering the baking mix you told me about and the oats, I am thinking I will do much better ordering online.

There are several good GF cake mixes out there too. They are much easier to start with then trying your own at first. Pamela's makes a good one and ....kinickknick ( I never remember how to spell that) has some really good stuff too.
